CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cataleia Skin Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, that time cannot be rebooked. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following policy applies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a missed appointment fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged a missed appointment fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a missed appointment fee. • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the service total. • Missed appointment fees represent reasonable compensation for lost time and business opportunity, not a penalty. • Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment to book future services.
